Vehicles are sanitized daily, equipped with GPS, and drivers follow all COVID-19 protocols.

Is gratuity included in the price?
Gratuity is not included but appreciated (standard 15–20% for excellent service); it's optional and goes directly to your chauffeur.
Can I make special requests?
